The competition is open to all disciplines and all types of professionals, students, associations, neighbours, etc. Either individually or by forming teams and thus opening the debate on other ways to make cities.
The competition is not open to members of the jury, or people associated to them such as: first-degree relatives, spouses or similar, and those maintaining stable relationships.
The competition is not open to members of the boards of SOSTRE or Arquitectes pel paisatge and the people involved in the organizing committee.

Registration is necessary in order to participate and it costs 10 euros for all teams, except members of SOSTRE and Arquitectes pel Paisatge.
Individuals or teams can register. The team composition may vary until the date of submission (identification sheet). Participants can submit as many proposals as they wish, but a registration must be done for every different proposal.
